Obsessed with colour, form, bold strokes and graphic shapes, Kate's paintings are driven by her emotions following life experiences or topics she is passionate about.   An abstract colourist, Kate uses raw, unspoilt landscapes to define the colour palettes which she treats with sensitivity and extreme consideration.

She has an exquisite perception of colour and composition, which she uses to paint expressions of her daily life.  She is especially led by my emotions which transcends into the expressionist style, whatever is happening in her life, it is reflected in her work.

Her pictures reveal captured moments, slices of time representing instants where clarity of an experience was seized, or a processing of an emotion was achieved.

Kate works with mixed media: acrylic, oil paint and also oil pastels.
